2026 Seasonal Maintenance Packages

Discount Package Details

To qualify for and receive your discount pricing, payment must be received in full prior to March 15th 2025.
Discount packages are available for residential irrigation systems only
Rates detailed herein are for systems up to 15 zones. Systems with more than 15 zones may incur additional labor charges.
Discount packages are not refundable. Any services or discounts not utilized by homeowner are not refundable.
Service package may be conveyed to new homeowner if property is sold during the season -or- may follow the original purchaser to a new service location.
Discount packages may NOT be combined with any other offer.
All packages prices reflect services rendered in St Louis County, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties only. Additional labor charges may apply of out-of-the-area locations.

* Backflow testing for St. Louis City and Illinois will incur additional charges. Please call for specific details / information for your location. *

2026 Labor & Maintenance

Hourly Labor Rate

$125.00

Hourly rate for repairs and service beyond standard maintenance
One hour minimum - may include logistic and travel
Billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour
Parts & material billed in addition to labor rate

SATURDAY LABOR FEE

Saturday labor surcharge - in addition to rate listed above: ADD:$ 25.00/hr

Spring Activation

$125.00

Prepare backflow device & pressurize mainline of system
Operate each individual zone
Inspect for leaks throughout system
Note / Flag problem areas for review by homeowner
Check / Verify adjustment of sprinkler heads
Review controller schedule - Adjust as needed for spring season
Set system to operate

Backflow Test & Reporting

$125.00

Test backflow device per local, state and federal requirements
All of our test gauges are professionally calibrated each year
Document test results and identify reason of device failure (if applicable)
Report device repairs to homeowner and repair as needed to achieve passing results
Submit passing test report to local agency or water district as required.

* St. Louis City and Illinois backflow testing will incur additional fees. Please call our office for specific details on your location. *

Mid-Season Inspection

$115.00

Zone by zone inspection of system to maintain peak performance
Inspect for leaks throughout system - flag problem areas for review by owner
Check / Verify adjustment of sprinkler heads
Review and record controller schedule - Adjust as needed for summer season
Record details on inspection report

Fall Winterization

$125.00

Shut off water supply to irrigation system
Drain backflow device and stage for winter season
Purge mainline and all lateral lines using compressed air
Evacuate water through sprinkler heads
Record needed repairs and notable items on work order for next season
Turn off controller

Service Rate - Notes / Details

MISSED APPOINTMENT

Appointments must be canceled 24hrs before the scheduled appointment to avoid additional fees being assessed.
Arrival on site with no advance notice of cancelation: $ 50.00 Fee

All maintenance service rates detailed herein include up to one hour of standard labor (including mobilization). Large systems exceeding 15 stations may incur additional labor charges after the first hour as itemized above under hourly labor rate (billable in 15 minute increments).
